I am an ebay seller/buyer since 1999 but there is something I don't understand. In the category Film Stock I am not allowed to charge more than 9 USD for whatever I list. So features, multiple reels it doesn't matter I get the notice that I can't charge more.

However when I scroll through this category I see lots of listings with shipping costs far more than 9 USD. What am I doing wrong?

I think on ebay UK you can choose a courier option so then say the cost in the listing.

Ah OK thanks Mark I'll try that. I think ebay then asks me what courier I'm going to use and I think that's the problem because I just send through the regular mail. We'll see!
