Boy, I remember when I did that. Took out the B&H 16MM showed (not in one night, but several) "Munsters Go Home," "Reluctant Astronaut," and the "Love God" (Don Knots). Man it was fun in those days.

I found the guerilla drive-in site years ago. I love what he does, I have donated several National Anthems and intermissions to the cause and have helped try to track down titles for him in the past.
I was in the middles of a deal for The Goonies when our friend David E. passed away. If anyone had a lead on The Goonies it would be much appreciated from the guerilla drive-in.

Certainly B.U.F.S. approved - Except for the projectionist that leaves the latch on the supply spindle UP - while showing Back to the Future? Yikes! It will be a matter of time before the reel ends up on the floor.

Steve - It happened to me today! I almost can not believe it but, I made the mistake and was so surprised to see the (400') reel on the floor. I immediately thought about this thread. Luckily, nothing happened - in fact, it kept projecting, the loop was still there too. That's what happens when you poke fun at others... What a Slacker!

Happened to me too, Gerald. Running Super 8 on the dually Eumig is dangerous sometimes! That spindle adapter doesn't always hold the reel on tightly. So it wormed its way off and tangled itself up, but with enough slack to not have to stop. Knocked the focus out, though, when the reel fell.
