Tony, (Milman)i did send an e-mail but i note ive got 3 different addresses for you so just in case you didnt recieve it, may i ask you and all a quick question? [Big Grin]

Being very nervous when it comes to bankin on-line and especially pay pal, im going to bite the bullet and sign up in order to start selling worldwide (bits and pieces)should i give them my own usual currunt account details or as my workmate suggests, should i open an account specificaly for the use of pay pal to prevent monies being taken out without my notice? [Confused]

Tom

As far as I know, you should be protected by the direct debit terms from any unauthorised debits to your account. Personally, I would use a credit card for all payments and not let paypal take money from my account though I where I asked for the limit to be reduced to say £250 and I use this for online transactions. In this way I protect them and me.

I will email you my email address as nothing has come through mate

Hi Tom,

I agree with Tony. Never had a problem with PayPal since joining eBay and opening an account with PayPal in March 2002.

Sticking with credit cards though is a good idea.

Cheers,

Dave.
