Has anyone here ever sold something and regretted it? My big regret was selling my Canon DS8 Camera. I sold it to finance my BFCC trip but I didn't have the film from the test roll developed yet. When I got the results back I realized the footage was some of the best I have ever gotten from Super 8 ever. I have thoughts about getting another but the prices of those units remain sky high. And this one was in PERFECT condition. Sigh***

Can't say I've had this happen to me... my only seller's regret is of the "I didn't nearly make enough money on this, might've as well just given it away for free" sort.

Hi Alan My regret was selling off most of my films back in the eighties we needed the money at the time, however we did get back into it in later years, bought an ST1200 and the feature Dodge City,My son Steven(5yrs) and I would watch it about once a year, this was a cue for Yvonne to go out visiting,Yvonne's regret was seeing Steven and I setting the projector up knowing what was coming next! Here's what I regret... not knowing in the late 80s what I know now as far as proper care of projectors and film goes. I never realized how hard I was being on that poor ol' Bauer T450 of mine, and I have owned that machine since it was brandnew. Now it's got all sorts of problems and it remains in various stages of disassembly. And I never have had the heart to just sell it off, either.

Andy, I too did exactly the same in favour of 16mm....mistake. Never saw so many red, splicey ex-library prints in all my life.
The trouble is that I have still not been able to replace some of the titles I sold back then

I bitterly regret selling my boxed Bauer 610 for $200NZ(around 60 quid). It was the nicest projector I've ever owned.A guy bought $800 worth of films from me and offered a thou if I'd toss in the projector. To my eternal shame I did!
Are you looking to buy another T610? They've been popping up all over eBay Germany over the last couple weeks, at least 6 or 7 of them... crazy... of course I don't know how much that helps someone in New Zealand.
