I'll post this here 'cause there is no 35mm section.
As you can see I'm new to this forum (hello to all btw) and I hope someone can help me to identify this 35mm projector. The only thing that I can see written on the projector is 'made in Germany'.
It looks a lot like a Nitzsche Kinino projector but I'm not sure it's from the same manufacturer.

I don't know what it is but I LOVE it! Regards,Trev

It was made in 1913 in Leipzig by Nitzche Kino, later taken over by Zeiss Ikon in 1933.
It was called the Kinino Heim-Kinematograph Home 35mm Projector.
Nitrate film at home, probably used by children. No health & safety rules at that time then.

I found a picture of the 1913 Kinino projector. Although it's very similar there are some differences. That's why I'm not 100% sure it's from Nitzsche. Maybe it's a later version of the Kinino model or maybe it's a copy by another manufacturer?
Kinino model from 1913

I found out who the manufacturer is of this projector.
It's a German projector from Seischab & Co and was produced around 1930.

If you tilt it forward you could whisk custard with that!

I wonder if they advertised it that way - film projector and food mixer! Somehow, I don't think Trevor would approve !

Hello Erwin, what an interesting site you have.Is the obturator on the machine at eBay an "improved" one? Did it start life with a two blade shutter? What would postage to NZ be please?I guess I'd have sacrifice the transformer and use a locally purchased one.
Lovely stuff,regards,Trev
