Hey i was at a car boot sale yesterday and think i picked up a bargain.I got a sega master system in origional box with 2 origional joypads and 1 extra pro one it is the hangon card version not only plays cartridges but has a card slot as well.Thats not it though i also got with it a set of master system 3D glasses with 1 game again in its origional box with full instructions in origional plastics.I also got the sega light phaser also in origional box with instructions and origional packaging. Not finished also got origional sega joystick in its origional bix minus instructions. Also included was 12 games 4 boxed rest not.Does anyone here collect these things and know a value of them as i only paid £5 yes five pounds for the lot.I wanna stick it all on ebay but prices are so varied on there so hoping as a full collection will be worth more. Thanks

I haven't the faintest idea. When I was born a "game" was a round hoop you hit with a stick.

So you were born after the wheel was invented?

Austin Holcomb our youngest collector in this forum is a master of console game like this. Invite him to comment in this thread, perhaps by changing a bit your title to become "Old Sega games".

Neat find. It should be known, however, that you can download (for free!) nearly every sega game made and play them on your computer.
Neat find, however.

Great find William,
i had a vast collection of video games until a couple of years ago (now i've cut it down to my absolute favorite systems only).
As you already discovered the most valuable item are the glasses.
If I were you though, I wouldn't post them now on ebay.
The glasses are going to attract a lot of bidders, but during august there is a shortage of bidders....I think you could fetch better prices after september.
In any case this is a great find...especially for 5 pounds...
A great chance for you to turn these games into films (at least that's what I do with what I can find at flea markets and other sources )
