Can anyone remember the year(s) the convention was held at Winchester? I recall going there twice.

I think you may be confusing that with the Wessex Cine Fair, which was a general "Buy and Sell" fair rather than a Collectors Convention. It was subsequently held for only one year (I think ) at Wimborne in Dorset, which proved awkward for dealers.

I think those conventions feature in Hollywood UK somewhere. If I get around to watching it again I'll let you know.

I recall going to two myself and I'd guess the second half of the 1980s. I'm not certain if Derann were at both of the ones I went to.
