Aren't they supposed to twirl?

They aren't 70mm reels, but they will suffice.
I wonder if she prefers cement or tape splices? [Confused]

I would think the "flap, flap, flap, flap..." so close to that microphone would be distracting!

(...as if it wasn't already without it!)

Two full spools are not possible in reality. There should be one doing a take up reel....

so...this is HOAX... [Big Grin]

It's only the fact that it's a cool evening that's keeping them
in position Winbert! No glue or special effects used.

It really depends on what format the reels are, Hugh.

If they are 16mm, obviously the hole would be too loose for the "spindles", hence the reel are easily fall down.

If they are 8mm, they might be sitting tightly there...but standard 8mm will be even better because it has smaller holes than super 8mm..... [Big Grin]

I wish she tried that with MP4 (USB).... It is more popular now, and that would be very obvious to me .... [Cool]

Lots of terrible jokes so far; thank you [Big Grin]

If Lady Gaga had done this, I am sure the bra would have had micro-motors built in and the film would have been rolling from one reel to the other while she performed.... [Eek!]

Claus.

The big question is...is the footage original or dupe?
