This ebay seller from London seems to have good feedbacks and an impressive list of average ratings.

The films for sale, both on 16mm and Super 8, are very interesting.

Has any member purchased films from him?

Not bought any film from them, but got a DVD a couple of weeks ago. Sent out fairly fast. They were 8mm films transferred to DVD!

On the listing are a few rare titles:

CIVILISATION---BBC AWARD WINNING DOCUMENTARIEY SERIES--SUPER-8 -SOUND-50MINS I would say this is Very rare, plus they were issued on super 8 officially.

DRACULA-a love story--1979--CLASSIC--MINI--FEATURE--COLOR--SOUND RARE SUPER-8. Sure someone on here wanted this?

I have bought some great features and shorts from this seller on ebay in the past and have always found his service to be very fast and the films were good. I got a lovely standard 8 feature "The Death Curse of Tartu" with excellent colour, and a 5 X 400ft print of "Flying Down to Rio" on Super 8 which was also very good.
