From a post a little earlier

"I've just had a look on Keith's website www.bfcc.biz and see that the 2014 event will take place on Saturday 25th October in the same venue.
The admission fee is to be confirmed, so we may see a small increase (my speculation only please note)"

Excellant!

Whilst I'm not collecting so much these days, I shall certainly try and be there to catch up with old friends. I hope to spend more time in the screening room this time too. It's the proffessionalism of the presentations that really sets the BFCC apart!

I really want to go again, hoping the money holds up ... When is Blackpool event? Is it possible to make them both?

Fingers crossed for BFCC once again for me, barely missed out last year due to my bloody car giving in. *sigh*

Anyway, promoted at work now, so making more money, should be simple enough to put aside a few bucks here and there for the trip :-)

Vidar,

Blackpool takes place on November 16th. Information about upcoming events can be found here.

Christian,

Congratulations on the promotion!

Oh, that's too bad. Too long between them for me then ... What to choose?

I loved Ealing and chose that over Blackpool due to it might be the last. Now I don't know what to prioritize (sp?)

Miraculously the UK still has a full calendar this year of film collecting events which is wonderful news.

I will try to make it. It was a success last year.
