I think that this is probably someone making a copy of the bad 16Mm dub that is out on youtube and DVD, downloaded a poster image and made they're own DVD cover, along with home printed DVD. I find it curious that there is no brand name od studio or DVD company logo on the box or disc.
Your thought's folks?

I don't get it? Is it a TV series or a movie? Usually the TV series contain the pilot. That price looks totally sick. I wonder because there's Season 1 and 2 for just a few quid. If the movie is not in the box sets, then I understand.
The one you want, it's not any of these?

I'm sure this item will remain unsold!

That cover looks just like the quad poster on IMDB, no additions that usually happen when put on disk.

Vidar, this is the original 1974 movie. They actually recut the original movie as a pilot for the two season TV series that (I think) began it's run in 78.
I've never seen the TV pilot version, but I wonder if they did it to add Denver Pyle (Mad Jack) to it, as he wasn't in the original theatrical film.
