You're welcome, Daniel. I don't collect posters, only films and I even think that at some conventions, there is too much paper :-) This opinion seems to be shared by many other film and material collectors.

I do agree especially at the Argenteuil fair where it is some times hard to come across a sufficient choice on super 8.

I had also the Argenteuil fair in mind. I was however, nicely surprised last year to see that there were more films and material than in 2013. In the UK, they seem to separate films and posters as I haven't seen any at the two fairs I attended.

I do like to have the poster of my features I would also like trailers to them all too. FOH stills are also a usful addition to the total film experiance.

I ment that it seems (correct me if I'm wrong) that in the UK films and material are not sold at the same conventions that posters.

Hi Dominique
In the UK there is nothing stopping the sale of films at paper fairs or paper at film fairs and it was quite common in the past to find them both. However as time has gone on dealers have discovered that the buyers fall into two groups and you can only sell one or the other at the different venues.
DVD's can be found at both types of events.

Thank you for that precision, Joe. The trouble is that posters need a lot of room and it means less space for films and materials. I'm not sure there many collectors who like both. I heard many complains about the fact that posters are in some places replacing films and materials. By the way, to come back to the title of this thread, it seems that Belgian posters are sought after because of their size (practical for a house) and their artwork.
