I just replaced the fan motor on my GS1200. It just went! No warning at all! I checked the fuse. It was good! So I new it was the motor. So I replaced it and it works! If you ever have to replace the fan motor. The brass gear can be a devil to get off! It rides on the motor shaft! And that was the original fan motor!my machine is now 40 years old! So if you ever come across this problem. Watch out for that brass gear!
