I thought I would start it off. [Smile] What super 8 film or films are you showing for Halloween? I thought about The Invasion Of The Body Snatchers(1955). [Eek!]

I will be showing super 8 one night and 16mm another night. Gee, I love film. [Wink]

Hi Dan,
like yourself I do 16mm and Super 8 shows on different nights. The Super 8 show will be "White Zombie" and "The Most Dangerous Game". However, Hash-A-Mo-Tep is a big fan of old silent horrors so "The Cat and the Canary" may well get a showing as well.

I'd love to screen Bride of Frankenstein. Anyone have a complete clean feature for sale?

Dan,

I haven't decided yet. I'm leaning towards a beautiful scope print of "Fright Night", but that's in 16mm and I have all these great Derann shorts ("Vincent", "Skeleton Dance" & "Trick or Treat") on Super 8mm. I really don't have enough room to set up two projectors!

I think there's room for just one more film.....

Doug, right now I am screening with only one projector. When I find the time and money, I am going to build a walk in booth with all controls(audio, picture and lights) inside.

I'll be showing the Beast with Five Fingers , along with the silent short, The Thieving Hand , at the local Library for the pre Halloween show. Then for a Halloween night event in the parking lot of our church, I'll be stringing some Super 8 Halloween related cartoons and shorts for what they call Trunk or Treat....( films like Mighty Mouse's Witches Cat...Frankenstein's Cat, Castle's A & C Meet Frankenstein, etc.

I know that I'll show "The Headless Horseman" (will Rogers), but I haven't planned beyond that as of yet. Wait a minute, what the heck, why didn't I think of that first .....
