There's another Xenon machine on ebay Germany:

link

I personnally would always prefer a conversion of the standard model using modern technology and Osram HTI Lamp.

That listing was like every ideal Super-8 dream you could think of:
GS1200. Xenon. 1.0 lens. Mint condition....whoever had the $2000+ here at tax time got himself one heck of a machine, assuming the listing was accurate. I don't get why it was 'removed' but I am assuming someone bought it outside of EBay?

I think I know the seller. I am almost 100% positive that he did not sell it for $2000. If I know the seller (and I am pretty sure that I do...)it sold for around $3500. Minimum!
Not to worry...another one will show up...they always do!
I had 3 of them in my apartment at one time!

It ended at $3300...and it wasn't me! Anyone bid on this beauty?
I would have loved it but alas...I'll wait for another. [Smile]
