Update! The pulley is off. Remove the transformer. Remove the circuit board. Release the motor mount screws. Loosen Pulley screws and remove.

Anyone know how to remove the drive pulley from an ST-1200HD. It's the double pulley mounted on the motor armature. Do you remove the shutter wheel or loosen the motor mounts. [Confused]
