Does anyone have a list of the digests Derann and Walton released? Can't seem to compile a through one between 1X400'ers and 3-parters. This way I can determine what I've missed out on so far.

Dear Brad, regarding the WALTON 400s some of their titles used
to join up 2x200 then they started combining them themselves
eg;1x400.I can do a trawl through my own prints and have a look through the archives and I'll keep you posted.

Additional Walton 400s I can think of are: SILVER DREAM RACER (*also available in scope); KILLER FISH and EMILY. Hugh mentioned the 1979 THE LADY VANISHES remake but this was also available in scope. Another 2x400' was CURSE OF THE CRIMSON ALTAR. I'm not an expert on the Walton 3x400 cut downs but they included EMILY; THE MAN IN THE IRON MASK and (I think) THE SHADOW OF CHIKARA.

Hugh - I'm curious about 'TRIO' and would appreciate some information. Are these 400' releases each an abridged version of the stories in the 1950 film of this name? They seem to be rare - I can't recall seeing any of these on offer at conventions. I wondered if you own (or used to own) any and can recommend them?

The film,I understand Adrian is a portmanteau of Somerset
Maugham stories and was released by Walton as 3 separate
stories.I have seen it on Perry's lists, usually as separate reels
They were put out in photographic style boxes, which was a bit
odd for Walton as usually their boxes to my mind did resemble
cereal box illustrations in some cases.I'm sorry to say I don't have
a copy, but like a lot of titles, they seem to go to ground, and there
must be scores of copies out there. The best thing to do Adrian
if you are after this title, is to place an ad in the new mag from
CHC but be quick as it's due out at Easter.
