I have both Bauer 715XL and 409S cameras and on both when using Velvia 50D or Ektachrome 100D film, shooting outdoors, I used the "Sun" Symbol and I guess (its only my guessing) that the filter wasn't removed since I got the film from both cameras kind of dark and "very" Orange.

Any tips on that? Should I always use Daylight balanced film such as V50D and E100D on "Tungsten" Symbol ONLY = manually removing filter? for shooting inside and outside?

Hi, your right, you need to use the Tungston setting with these films. Good luck next time. MIKE
