How many episodes of the Bixby/Ferrigno show were released? I've seen the 747 episode. Was the pilot released?

U-8 only released the 2x400', which is a combination of the pilot and "747". Check the review section for more details.

Can someone explain why when he 'Hulked out' his shirt split and the bottom part of his trousers never the middle bit [Big Grin] And where did he get his new cloths from?
