I had an email from someone that just acquired a 1955 Brownie Camera Turret F/1.9....is their anywhere this person may be able to buy 8mm film for this camera? And obviously where would the film need to be processed?

Hello John. I think standard 8 films are availabe in the US at cheaper costs than in Europe, so you may wait to see if an American source is mentionned here. I know two European companies in case you wish more choice : http://www.widescreen-centre.co.uk/Catalogue/Standard_8_Film.html and http://www.wittner-kinotechnik.de/katalog/04_filmm/d8_filmm.php The second page is in German but not difficult to understand.

Here is a link to Yale Video and Film in Burbank, CA. They offer 8mm film as well as 8mm processing. Call them to discuss processing before sending your film in.

Good to know about Yale Film in Burbank, CA. I called them and they said they are currently out of the 8mm B/W Orwo UN 54 (25') but they always have demand for it and get shipments. You can email them at: info@yalefilmandvideo.com
They will put you on the list and notify you when it comes in. Super 8 Kodak Tri-X is in stock and available. Outside the US It looks like Widescreen in the UK has the 8mm Orwo in stock. Thanks for posting, very exciting to hear this is still available.

Has any one seen either the New Agfa 200 Daylight E-6 or the 40 Kodak EKTACHROME 100D Color Reversal Film 7285 Super 8 color film for sale anywhere? I called Yale Film in Burbank but they've had no luck procuring the Agfa for several months now. The Kodak was discontinued. Thanks for any help.
