Just a quick note for now....

Thanks to everyone who made the trip to our 13th film collectors gathering in Wildwood, including first time attendees Michael Lattavo and his sister (500 miles from Canton, Ohio), Evan Samaras and Hanni (180 miles from Queens, NY) and Jason Smith (7000 miles from Tohoku, Japan). Along with a wonderful group of seasoned CineSea film fans, you made this past weekend's show truly memorable for me.

Details & pics to come!

Please note the date for CineSea 14: October 22, 2016

Doug

It really says something for these fine people to travel all the way here, they know it is a great show and enjoyed themselves - We enjoyed your company very much and hope you will all return again - I know John Black would be very proud - Shorty

A truly amazing turn out there guys!
Noteably Jason in particular, absolutely astonishing! [Smile]
I'm sure John would indeed feel very proud, if he was watching over you all.

It was truly awesome - everyone was so nice, and all of the showings were seamless! I had to leave early Sun am to get my sister back, hopefully didn't miss too much!

Great, great time - will definitely be back.

Always a great time at Cinesea. Wonderful bargains ..lots of films to see, swap , sell or buy....but mostly it's the great people ....just standing around talking film...watching film...talking WHILE watching film/s. At one time, there were six projectors going simultaneously. Next one coming in October. Thanks to Doug and Lou and Shorty and everyone for a great time, as always.

We had such a great time! We screened some fun films (including a new low fade Star Wars in Scope) had breakfast and dinner together, joked, and wheeled and dealed films all weekend! Looking forward to October to see all our friends again! Maybe more will join us! Here are a couple pictures! Todd N. Tuckey

Not the worst thing to be named for; I look forward to seeing the pics.

I'd say there were a few more: I counted about 28 at dinner on Saturday, even allowing for some not attending. It's often been under 20.

The pictures article is making progress. I'd say Claus finishes his entirely before he then puts them up quickly. I'm doing them one at a time and putting them up as they are finished, maybe a section per day for the better part of a week.

-It will just require a different kind of patience!

I have a lot of screen shots to go through, and too many of them look like this:

 -

-actually it has a certain artistic quality. It's a shame it wasn't on purpose!

Steve,

We had 32 at our group dinner. A new record!

Since there's a new CineSea thread with pictures, I'll close this one so we don't have multiple threads at once. Please follow along here.
