I know this is not the highest class projector, but I just hate to dumpster it if its something thats quick and easy to fix. At highest speed, take-up reel moves too slow. Without attached to reel it feeds through fast. Could it be something about the clutch mechanism at the spindle gear? Do things look right in the pic? I guess it could be many other things--motor, brushes, etc, but it just seems that that everything is fine up until the take-up spindle. Like the spindle is not trying hard enough to keep up with the gear. Like clutch going bad on a car...Thoughts?
