Back in 2009, a few members posted about receiving digital copies for Movie Maker magazine from other members. It seems many here requested copies of different projector reviews, and had them emailed to them. One of those reviews, that was digitized, was for the Bolex 18-5L Super 8 projector. I've reached out to a few members here but haven't had much luck locating a copy of that review. Does anyone here have such a copy or know where I can obtain one? I've looked on eBay and did see a few vintage Movie Maker magazines for sale. However they don't include the review I'm looking for. Honestly I don't know which year or issue this review was in. Any help is much appreciated.

This is what the cover of the UK magazine Movie Maker looked like way back in 1981:

 -

Movie Maker was originally Amateur Cine World up until about 1967, so the test report on the 18-5 might well have been printed in ACW.

Shane
This is not a review, but it does contain some interesting details of the projector. It's around 1967.

Hi Shane

The actual Test Report for the Bolex 18-5L projector was

published in Movie Maker issue of July 1968. If you send me

your detailed address, Ican send you a copy. Regards.
