I have recently inherited 600 or so Std 8mm and super 8 films, mainly 200ft.

My list is too long to put on here so if anyone would like further information please let me know and I will email details over.

Hello Lee, welcome to this forum.
Even though you offer your films for sale, I hope you still keep some to enjoy those great films projector on a big screen.

Can you please send me a list of the films you have for sale?

Hi Lee,
The prospect of new prints gets us worked up to say the least,but have you looked at the prints to give us an indication of colour or running scratches etc? grab a few random reels,and spool off with your hands to give us your best idea how intact you think the reels are.. take your time there is no rush,we will still be here to help you out.

Mikael - It's on it's way!

Stuart - Thanks very much. I have now got the projectors to play them on and have watched quite a few!! very enjoyable!! All the ones I have watched have been in very good condition but I have come across two boxes when checking the reels where they have written in the flap of the box, for example, "scratch near front of print". So going by this they would be marked if they were damaged in any way.

My uncle who gave me the collection (I know I said I inherited the films but my uncle isn't dead, just in a home) is a very respectful and houseproud man and he kept not only these films but all his belongings in pristine condition.
I just thought I'd give you all a little bit of background information on the prints.

If anyone has any further questions please feel free to ask.
