~~Super 8 Camara, lots of tins canasters of all sizes for Films, I have sound and tons of differnt film strips stating the start of the movie, Books, small cases for holding canasters and so on. If you would be interested in any of the extra things I have for sale please do contact me.

Hi Julie, I appreciate your situation. You really don't know what you're selling other than the title and reel size. I don't know what a "dual eight" film is, although I assume most of your films are super 8. Film collectors NEED to know the condition of a film, whether or not it is damaged, scratched, spliced or missing any pieces. Also the quality of the image and color (on color prints), and what gauge they are: standard/regular 8mm, super 8mm, 16mm, etc., before they could make you reasonable offer. I think your best bet is to put them on eBay one at a time with a low starting price and take what you get. You have a good chance of getting "low balled" selling them here ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

To be fair,Julie has inherited a fair sized collection,something that
the girl admits she is in unknown waters.Some of us on this forum
would find it a herculean task to start going through each print
looking for the occasional scratch or splice, some of these films
are getting a bit long in the tooth now and it's to be expected
that they have been used.I remember when a film was offered
by a seller,he/she wasn't expected to do a post mortem on the
film, it was a case of you've got it, I want it,how much,here's the cheque! While we're all waxing lyrical about Derek Simmonds of Derann,remember he wouldn't have put up with
interrogations of a particular title you wanted to buy, his
attitude was here it is,it's up to you.So Gentlemen,have a bit of
thought for someone who may be just out of her depth, film
is not everyone's forte and if yoiu send for a particular title, I'm
quite sure it will arrive.
