How do I take apart a siemens 16 zoom lens 35mm to 65mm to clean the glass elements when there are no lens rings to unscrew ?

It must be done by holding it tightly in a ring shaped clamp and unscrewing apart. It will be very tightly held together so you may well damage it if you use too much force. As it's a zoom the alignment of the components may be ruined if you don't restore it as it was afterwards.
