Here is a link to Grahame's Sales List. The Marguet tri-film cement splicer is £18 GBP. However, as mentioned by Chris, Grahame does not deal with any overseas sales so I am not sure how payment can be made from the US. Perhaps Chris may also be able to assist. http://www.pathefilm.uk/lists/filmlista.htm

@ Clinton...thanks for the pics. It definitely looks easy enough. The hole you burn appears not to be as large as the original hole. Any problems with the claw not pulling down properly?
@Chris and Maurice...Thanks guys for the link to Grahame's page. It will help me make a decision

It works 99% of the time otherwise I do the join again,I guess the hole is close enough to original to work on my Specto. It's possible it's not as forgiving on another projector? It really is a case of trial and error and adapting the tools we have to work with

Janssen Film's price for the 9.5mm CIR is 265 EUROS. Plus tax and postage. The one I bought direct from CIR in Italy was 193 EUROS, (plus tax and postage) although I admit that was over two years ago.

I received from Terry Sills today...two 9.5 splicers. These will definitely do the job for me.... and for now I'm not actively looking for a CIR.
Thank you Terry and my 9.5 films in need of repair thank you also
