Must have had a really bad case of vinegar syndrome -- the film's plumb evaporated!

Here's someone with delusions of grandeur...

http://cgi.ebay.com/RARE-SUPER-8MM-FILM-MGM-THE-WIZARD-OF-OZ-COLOR-SOUND_W0QQitemZ110386167354QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Film?hash=item19b3873e3a&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A123 4|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A3|294%3A50

Step right up and get a pink 17 minute film for a hundred dollars!

Also saw someone with a 50 foot "Have Badge Will Chase" for a starting price of $9.99. Hoo boy.

So much is RARE on eBay. One that cracks me up is the RARE STAR WARS 400ft. Probably the least RARE Super 8 film there is.

Gian,

That's hilarious!

But isn't reading the "eBay Oddities" taking up the valuable time you could be using to learn that poem? [Roll Eyes]

The £3 fee to pick it up in person is a new one on me Steve.
Mind you for posting from the USA I was once charged for packing materials, actual packing labour, fuel to the post office and the actual driving to the post office.
Some sellers like a larf.

Best Mark.

It's described as good cosmetic condition. I'd hate to see a bad one. Maybe a bad one was hauled up from the local park pond?
