Hello, Just wondered if anyone on this forum is going to attend Cinefest this year in Syracuse NY. I heard that Omer Whayne (and possibly Lacy)is going to be there after a 2 year absence.

Yes, and I'm certainly happy to hear that the Whaynes will have their rightful place as top-sellers, I was asking about them either here or the 16mm Forum - Nice folks and they have Super and Std 8 most of the time, so Danny or anyone if you have contact, tell them I'll be there looking for shorts - Or if you have an address or email, please let me know - Shorty at jvcaruso@bellatlantic.net

I would definately like to attend this event.

Can someone post the details on this thread for me, or any other forum members who may be able to attend??? (date, exact location, etc.)

Thanks a million.

Nick.
P.S.- Could this be the beginnings of a U.S. film convention [Wink] .

Thanks for the link Danny! [Smile]

I'm going to at least get down there Friday and Saturday. It'll be my first.

Any other Forum members attending besides the afore mentioned ones? The more the better [Big Grin] .

Nick.

Hello Gary ,James, and Joe.
One place you should try for dinner is Colorado Mine Co.
Its down the road about a mile from the hotel. Its a steak house and the waitresses dress in "cowgirl" attire. A bunch of us get together one night and eat dinner there. There is also a place called Dinosaur BBQ downtown from the hotel. Anyone else on here should post a good spot to eat too

A group of us went to the Colorado Mine Company last year, and certainly were not disappointed in those gals, only thing is, we had to get there early as there is always quite a line - Luckily, there were eight of us and we amassed a ringside table - Best food! Hope you guys can join us - Shorty
