I was wondering were this term from my childhood came from; usually used for poeple who didn't have a weight problem!
Just googled it and found about 5 mentions, all in the U.S., although none mentioned its source.
Can any of our American friends help me; was he/she a cartoon character?

Thanx,
Dave

GS1200 Xenon with Elmo 1.0...great combo along with a 16-CL Xenon for that super bright white light.

Can't say it rings any bells as far as cartoon characters go.

In this part of the world we had a very similar sounding rhyme we used to chant to unfortunates in the playground:

"Skinny malinky long legs, big banana feet."

I can't remember the rest, but I know the rhyme for feet is greet (as in cry).
