3D is great. I bought 'The Bubble' which I saw on it's release and it's still amazing. When the drinks in the saloon come right out of the screen I reach for them! Digital is simply the onward march of technology and few watching '50 Shades of Grey'in the Cinema will know or care what's producing the picture. Now movies are digitally originated it will never stop. Saw a 4K t.v. in our store locally. The picture wasn't actually of 4K origin but so sharp it looked unreal, artificial. Didn't like it at all.

Unfortunately, I cannot watch 3D for long as it gives me a headache and upsets my eye sight for a while afterwards. It rather spoils the enjoyment of the film. I saw both "Hugo" and "Life of Pi" in in 2D and thought they were very good, and now have both on DVD. No tiger in my lap!! Ken Finch. [Wink]
