Tough question, but I have a print of this and it is as good as it gets for a B&W print. Almost all of the 1936 - 1938 Little Rascals one-reelers from Blackhawk are this good.
I'll put my 16mm Blackhawk WAY OUT WEST and Film Classics SCRAM (both with Laurel and Hardy) right up there with anyone's B&W prints.
