I don't know if any of you have run into this, but I, as many of you, own the two part "Empire Strikes Back" from the early 80's. Part 2 is just fine, (on Kodak SP with perfect color!)

The problem comes with Part 1. It is Kodak SP as well. The first 2/3 of this reel has very good color, but when they leave Hoth, and there's the wonderful pursuit through the asteroid belt, the color turns much browner than the rest of the film. The Hoth scenes have beautiful blues and such, but that last five minutes or so has poor color.

Have you noticed this as well? It seems like the last five minutes of that first reel just seems subpar.
