When projecting film I was so temperamental if film was not sharp focused. I would go back and forward just to adjust the focus, and you know how film would get easy to change the focus just because of the splices or dust. While my kids and my wife did not notice it and would ask me to just stay on my seat so not to obstruct them.
Apparently this habit would help my optometrist to prescribe my myopia glasses.
This morning I visited the optometrist and as you may have known they use a slide projector to project the letters in measuring the eyesight power. Not like many people who often could not be so sure which lens was giving the best focus, especially if it was comparing two lenses that was not far different in focal length, I on the other hand could be sure to say which one was the sharpest.
My optometrist said "People are always hard to decide between two lenses, but you can quickly choose. You can answer my question by 'yes' or 'no', while others often use 'I think this good but the lens before was also not bad' or "I think..., well...". If all people like you I will be working easy and fast"...
