I've only screen Super 8mm on my projector so far.
What is the purpose of the slide switch next to the threading hole with an "R" on it?
I don't have a manual so I'm not sure [Confused]

That is the rapid rewind lever. You should pull it out when rewinding the film.

Clinton if you want a manual just PM me naming the manual you need.

Thanks for that info,I initally thought the "R" was for regular 8mm,but rewind makes more sense [Smile]

I saw a previous post from Barry Fritz so I messaged him and he is going to email me a manual.
