Just letting everybody know that I have recieved the striper from Steve Osbourne and am now in the process of learning how to use it. It's actually a rather ingenious little contraption. I'll post a few pictures of the thing in a few days.
One nice thing I have found out is that it could well be possible to stripe 600ft reels of film! 600ft fit on the thing, and the wheels of mag stripe go up to 700 some feet, (though it would be annoying to have lots of extra 100 feet or so spools of mag stripe.
There are four reels of stripe, and one small 300ft worth of stripe on a seperate reel. For the moment, plenty of fluid to work with. I will test but one reel of mine with it as I want to leave as much as possible for at least a few striping jobs before there is a need to find more, and Steve has sent three names of people ready to have striping sone right away ...
so, were getting there.
