I have had another brain wave...oh no! [Smile]

Some years ago I used to shoot 50ft of super 8 and send it to friends overseas and they would do the same sending a freshly filmed cartridge to me. We used to film all sorts of things, the towns we lived in, cinemas new and old all sorts. It was a really nice way to share the 8mm hobby making a short film for someone else to see so hows about rekindling this idea as follows..

1/ Commit on this thread you want to join the filming party

2/ PM someone who is willing to film 50ft of super 8 and exchange with your own filmed 50ft.

3/ Send the exposed film to your overseas partner to process and you can process the film from them once received.

I'm open to film here with super 8 Agfa 200D and swap your own newly filmed cartridge in exchange.

Lee...great idea...I saw one of your films that you sent to Steve O many years ago...it was showing your town where you live and it was really cool. Steve was very excited about showing this to me so it made a lasting impression on him and me. I'm in! Just a couple weeks ago I shot a roll of Tri-X on Easter. I stopped shooting somewhat in 2010 when I shot all year using up all the Kodachrome. The only thing I have in the fridge now is Tri-X and old 160 but shooting some over Easter got me into it again so I like your idea.

I'm willing to shoot and send....
