Hi everyone, I'm shooting a documentary about a house in the woods. I'm using a Bolex P1, but I would prefer a camera with wider lense so that I can shoot interiors and also landscapes outside.
Could anyone give me a tip about which camera would be best for using?

The P1 has an 8 - 40mm zoom lens. If you want something that goes wider I would recommend a Bolex B or D model. They take D mount lenses of which you can get a Kern Paillard 5.5mm Yvar or Switar lens, that's about as wide as you can get for 8mm. The Bolex B model has a two lens turret and the D has a three lens turret. Normally the D model would have a 5.5mm wide angle, 12.5mm standard lens and a 36mm telephoto lens. The Kern Paillard lenses are very good quality.
