apostolistheodorou (ebay name), he's now no longer a registered user, he bought a couple of films of me then 10 days later he puts in an ebay claim saying they hadn't arrived and he wanted a full refund straight away. But what made it strange was he was based in Germany and yet had the films posted to Greece, he then deregistered with ebay, then after a few I want my money and I want it now emails the films arrived (I had sent them International Signed For), he then claimed I had sent them to the wrong address and still wanted his money back (I'll not tell you what I thought). I rang ebay and they reassured me that as long as I could prove they had been delivered I was covered, still wanting his pound of flesh, he escalated his case to ebay then after a long 48 hours ebay came down in my favour. Don't know if I'm allowed to post his name, maybe the mods will let me know, reading his feedback it's not the first time he's been at it. Del.

I have never dealt with this person Del, but thank you for the warning. No doubt your film will be back on e bay very soon!
I find it particularly useful as an e bay film buyer when rogue buyers or sellers are exposed and brought to my attention, so many thanks again Del, and I am sure I speak for many others on here!

I bought a film off him that never arrived also (The ebay guy, not Del!)
It wasn't a lot of money, but I never received the film, and by the time I put in a claim it was past the claim period.
