Hi, I have recently aquired a Videotronic Super8 projector,it did have a cartridge in it but the film had snapped and wound inside the cartridge so I had no option but to remove the damaged film, it looks like I can't reload the film?? How does the cartridge work Were they originally bought already sealed in its cartridge?
The projector itself is working like a charm but it would be nice to have a film running also
Does anyone know where I can get a cartridge or have a unwanted one?
Any help or ideas will be appreciated. Clinton
P.S. I have just read this on a webpage that answers some questions for me "This unit plays looping Super 8 films that are factory inserted into a clear cassette which can be viewed via the self-contained pop-out screen or by being projected onto a wall. Please note that this industrial machine was built for business/sales use and IS NOT designed for, nor will it accept, your homemade Super 8 films on standard reels."
