I have one of these lovely machines which I consider a celebration of 1970s plastic technology! Not meant in a bad way as I love it.
Extremely quiet, nice mellow stereo sound, excellent scnieder lens and best of all a scatch free film path.

I would like to fit switchable two / three blade shutter for more light, has any one done the conversion on one of these?

No Mark but I could do...very easily if I could only get the parts sent to me from FFR in Germany where they make a replica Beaulieu Stereo style 2/3 bladed shutter for the Bauer Studio range. It even has the same knurled thumb screw to bring about quick and easy adjustment.

Ironically I do know of an American collecting friend on here who has had one sent out to him but I am not sure whether or not he has managed to successfully fit it yet.

They probably only sent out to him due to the fact he is outside of Europe. For us Europeans, we have to send our entire machine to them for the fit.

Having done this once to have a new cam and claw follower fitted for the very same reasons, I am loathed to send any machine I have now out to Europe unless no other solution could be found. This is entirely due to the despicable manner in which the couriers treat our precious goods.

Your comments regarding the T610 Mark, only cement what I have been saying for years about these wonderful non scratching machines.
It really would be the icing on the cake if I could get my hands on the shutter you describe.
