It is easier to list what wasn't released, excluding trailers, compilations, documentaries, etc.

A COUNTESS FROM HONG KONG

While I have seen copies for sale, it is worth pointing out that RBC never released:

A DOG'S LIFE
SHOULDER ARMS
THE KID
THE IDLE CLASS
THE PILGRIM

The Kid was released in Spain, with the pre-rerelease version, where the mother has more scenes.

Thanks Dino. I'm familiar with Bouchard and his Keaton prints, and that they are from South America -- probably how he got around the copyright.

What about Film Classic Exchange and Collector's Club? Were these licensed releases?
