Hi! I'm new to this forum as I have an issue with my recently acquired Chinon 2500GL. Since the take up spindle was broken off, I managed to locate and purchase a used replacement. While removing the broken one, the drive spring slipped off my finger and now I'm not certain which pulleys it goes on. I took a few pics before I started, but deleted a few (my own fault)and all I have are the ones in the take up spindle area.

If any of you have a pic of the proper routing of the entire system, complete with twists or some close up pics, it would be greatly appreciated. The owner's manual doesn't help me out and I have no service manual, if there is one.

Thanks in advance, from a Newbie! [Confused] [Confused]

When you say "drive spring"...I assume you mean the long "spring belt." I have taken a few pics of the top belts (short and long).

All I can say is WOW! I never expected such a fast response. The pics were crystal clear and they did the trick! It took me longer to get the screwdriver and remove the case than it did to re-route the spring belt. A Million Thanks! (P.S. I did have it routed wrong... you saved the day.)

Cool Rick and Welcome! Glad you got yours running. The timing was good. I had just pulled this project down from the shelf to take pics and get it ready to sell [Smile]
