Can anybody identify this film or actor I believe it's a Mack Sennett film because the Keystone Cops are in it. The film came with no titles.

I thought it could be him because of the derby hat and that droopy moustache. The film you mention was made in 1925 but I know little about it. Billy Bevan was born in 1887 so would have been 38 then which looks about right. Although the Keystone Cops date from 1912 to 1917, Mack Sennett still used them for comic effect in the 1920s apparently.

Pat
Can you give the story-line of this film? I may then be able to find it in my Mack Sennett book.
It may take some time as the index has around 300 entries for Billy Bevan.
