How does the Eumig Mark 500 E dual 8 projector compare with the other Eumig projectors? What would be a fair purchase price for one of these machines?

I'm a big Eumig fan but the 500E is a pretty lousey machine.Better to look for a 610D or best,a 624D

Just thought I'd rejuvenate this thread and respond to John.

The Eumig Mark 500E is NOT a lousy machine. It's not top of the line, but it keeps on truckin'. Okay? I have several 8mm and 16mm projectors, and I can tell you that this little baby just keeps rolling along - and indeed is a capable dual standard 8mm and super 8mm projector. Switching between the two modes is painless.
