Hello, alot of brown spots on some reels, is this because the film because of bad condition starting to oxidate and glueing/sticking together?
What cause these spots?

The fact is that Kodak used (for Kodachrome) during a period a varnish wich deteriorated by the time. During my career I had several family home movies with that fault. There's nothing to do in a reasonable way.
