Sometimes it easy to forget how truly wonderful super 8 can be, and the reason we all stick with it. Case in point: last night I watched a reel of the Derann scope stereo print of Lady and the Tramp, which I had not looked at in quite a few years, and I was knocked out by the Technicolor beauty of this magnificent print. The sharpness and rich colors are amazing, as was the stereo sound ( re-recorded on a Eumig 938) which showed how incredible super 8 stereo can be when the stripe is high quality.
Watching (and hearing) something this good gives one a renewed enthusiasm for the hobby.

I agree with you Paul. My print has excellent picture and sound. It looks amazing in scope as well.

Have to agree, at last years' BFCC the 'scope show was ridiculously impressive, with clips from Polteirgeist and Supergirl jaw-droppingly good.
