I am selling from my collection the very rare super 8 full length feature of "The Mummy"
very sharp and nearly new polyester print
only a few copies exist, made in Germany

Now the bad news: It has no sound stripes, because the first owner worked with Dualband (this one I own in german language); I am the second owner, I played the copy twice by taking the sound via blu ray from my laptop.

If you have the possibility to play the sound from a second source than this film (I know only about 10 exist), this is a real bargain, I am asking 350 GPB plus sending.

If interested, please contact me - thanks and best regards!

Andrew in this way not only you save on the cost of mag striping but the quality from a digital source is much better, it's like using the best of the two worlds: analog for images and digital for sound; the same has been made in cinema since the early 1990s with DTS. I own three films like this (Spiderman, Raiders of the Lost Ark and Titanic) and I can assure you the sound really is something. I suggest any potential buyer here not to feel discouraged by the lack of stripes: indeed it could be a wonderful occasion to upgrade to an Elmo GS 1200 complemented with a sync box in order to achieve excellent sound.

As for the title itself, sorry I am not interested in it. [Razz]

Best of luck with this sale...

I appreciate what you are saying Maurizio, and I am certain that the end result for someone with a GS would be spectacular but for me personally I have no way to sync the sound "live".

Sadly, it is more expensive to place two soundtracks polyester, the cost of printing image.
