I have for sale the following items, but unfortunately the projector will have to be sold in the UK as it's heavy and the postal systems cannot be guaranteed.

Sankyo 800 STEREO - Excellent Condition £325 plus p&p (U.K. only)
ELMO REWIND ARMS £75 plus p&p - Excellent Condition

So if anyone is interested then contact me at [EMAIL] Indi8films@aol.com[/EMAIL] or Telephone: 01992 652792 .

I accept all major Credit / Debit cards too!

You could also look at my lists of films and equipment I have for sale online at The BFCC Site and follow the link to the Independent 8 pages.

Just an FYI Barry -- if you want to ship projectors internationally, you can use UPS or Fedex. They're much better than using the regular postal system...

I've yet to get around to scrounging up those 200ft. super-8 reels you've been wanting, Barry (apologies for my taking so long)... but I don't suppose I could get your Sankyo 800 in return [Big Grin]

Dear Jan,

Yes if you have a few thousand 200' reels, I think something could be arranged. [Razz]

But seriously, I hadn't thought of FedEx or UPS for non UK shipping, but I would think it would be very expensive, and although these are lovely Stereo machines, would non U.K. customer be willing to pay the carriage?

Just thought I would tell all forum members that these 2 lovely machines are still available (as is the Elmo Rewind Arms) and now have A 20% DISCOUNT on them until the end of March.

If you want to check out anything on my lists then go to the BFCC SITE and follow the link to the INDEPENDENT 8 pages for more information.

Barry is spot on about carriage prices. I had a large package to send to the US not long ago and when I checked out the costs I found that our UK Parcel Force was as competitve as the couriers. In fact one or two couriers were more expensive.
Carriage from the UK is expensive however which ever company you use.
Can never understand why its cheaper to ship into the UK comparred to out of the UK. Obviously our postal companies see this as a good money spinner [Frown]
