Barry,

Richard is messaging me about an EIki with no exciter lamp operation.
I had asked for his opinion on a problem with an RT1 and he responded with advice.

Thanks Richard,
I sent the amp to a local sound tech who is fixing it.
Sounds like the amp-on/volume switch also feeds power to the exciter and its stopped doing that. Will need another volume switch I think. Hope to have it back soon and will report progress.

PS The amp has come back and is now working fine in the RT1 EIKI. It was a faulty volume switch. An easy fix.
